A Robert W. Morgan Boss-ography

'Robert W. Morgan was to Los Angeles radio what Johnny Carson was to national TV. It would be hard to imagine morning drive in Los Angeles without Robert W. Morgan.'

Robert W. Morgan entertained the Los Angeles radio audience for over three decades. His unique sense of timing, wit and charm earned him a place of honor in the entertainment industry. He won almost every major award the industry has to offer including Charter membership in the National Broadcasters Hall Of Fame, along with Larry King, Ted Turner, Art Linkletter and Gary Owens. He received Billboard Magazine’s Air Personality of The Year Award, and a Star on the World Famous Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

I recall Robert being one of the radio icons I grew up with as a kid and enjoyed this tribute to the man. Thanks to those responsible.
